Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Window

We offer a hassle-free 15-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 15 days of the delivery date.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received them. All original tags must still be attached.

Please note that innerwear, socks, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Alternatively, you can choose to receive your refund instantly as Store Credit in your Crowfy Wallet, which you can use for future purchases.

4. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item using Store Credit.

5. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, simply visit our Returns Hub page, enter your Order ID, and schedule a pickup. It's that easy!
